It's the mandatory thing...

Woop woop woop! I just came back from my interview with Mandatory, and it looks as though I will be getting a very swish job as Store Manager for their Cuba St store. (It's a very cool shop with very cool clothes.)

The two owners gave me a bit of a grilling, but I got the impression that they were happy with me. So I'm beginning to find my feet here in Wellington. The job is going to be a big challenge, but I'm keen to give it my all. They have a very nifty range of outfits, a great atmosphere and fantastic location.

All in all, a bit of a retail dream job. :)

So they're putting together a job offer and I could be looking at some very cool opportunities in the near future. :D

Howdy all! :)

Well it is proving to be a really challenging mission finding a job. Wednesdays and Saturdays are the best two days in the week to go job hunting. I'm currently waiting to hear back regarding a role with Mandatory clothing. I'd be working as a store manager, and would even get a clothing allowance - oooh clothing allowance. Mandatory is pretty cool because it is a very unique label, meaning that I'd be selling boutique scale mens clothing. Very exclusive stuff. (Pictures will be added once I've got the job. ;) )

In other news, I'm involved with the set up of Kapcon XV now. :) I have a number of the lists and budgets, I'll be involved with the Kapcon blog too. Should be all cool stuff really. :D
